17945 Flash Mods Please

Hey Guys, I have Flash piece with a preload that requires the user to press the play button to initiate the movie. All I would like you to do is take this Flash movie and make it AutoPlay for one run, the first run, then come back to the preload, and wait for the user to push the play button, should they want to watch the movie again. This is a dead simple project. Deliver well on this project and I have more. Lots more! Need a dedicated and professional Flash guy for my team. If you can prove your dependability and professionalism, will give you more work than you can handle. Will start you at $9 per hr and move you up to as much as $12 per hour as soon as I am convinced you are not just some 'Flash in the Pan'. A couple of rules.
