I think Degrafa would be best - but whatever you can do, to get this Flex component styled like the SWF Image Gallery. I've attached the FLA for the Image Gallery below, and the Flex Component/Project is here (look in the Library files for the MXML files that need editing)

My budget is $100 - but this is just a STYLING job so somebody with a good eye for Flex design should be able to do this quickly!
