Dear Coders,
we are looking for a LONG TERM software developer(s) / team(s) to work with us on HUNDREDS similar projects in a time frame about 2 years (later maintenance of the projects needed too).

Most projects will range from $100 to $400, but certain types might raise above $400. We do not anticipate any of them exceeding $800 tough.


Job description:
1. Flash applications code analysis (Flash + Action Script + Flex)
2. Partial development of Flash Applications (Action Script)
3. Optimizing Flash Applications code

Programming requirements:
1. Action Script - advanced
2. Adobe Flash - advanced
3. Adobe Flex - basics

Another requirements:
1. Ability to find information needed to successfully complete projects
2. object-oriented programming
3. Able to read Java Script code (understanding basic programming structures)
4. Coders with knowledge of framework Adobe Flex are preferred


The projects are similar to each other, some may be almost the same, some may differ a lot.

However, we need to demonstrate ability to deliver outputs and proficiency in advance.

We have selected small 'recruitment project' for you, already done by ourselves so we can compare our standards to your results.

We will pay $50 to hired programmers to cover the time devoted to the recruitment process.
