We are looking for someone to make a construction and management simulation game in AS3 for deployment to browser based flash. You will need do the programming, art and sound.
This is NOT a facebook game. It is not a social game. It is not a MMO or Multi-player game.
The basics of the game is as follows:
The game is a flash based browser game where the player takes the role of a Cinema manager.
They must manage the week to week running of it to get more money to upgrade the facilities, purchase bigger and better cinemas and equipment.
The game should take heavy influences from the likes of SimCity, SimTower, GameDev Story and Theme Hospital. It should be fun, rewarding and addictive.
Some more details to help with your bid:
• Built in AS3 to be deployed as web based flash. Note: Game must be compilable using FLEX.
• Screen ratio of 4:3
• Mainly mouse controlled (Some keyboard shortcuts allowed but should not be required)
• Auto save
Construction and management simulation.
Simulation fans and causal gamers.
Game Flow Summary
Each week the player buys/rents films for the coming week. They assign movies and work out the schedule for each screen they have. During the week they may adjust anything they like and build or upgrade equipment. Hire/fire staff. Change the refreshments, order more stock etc.
Throughout the week the player will see people coming in to watch films and leaving again, they will get money from the various purchases that people make, admission, food etc. The player can interact with the people to find out what they like or don’t like so that the player can fix those things.

• Facebook/Twitter integration
• Server side scripts
• Multi player
