Content Loading to make the down site up and running asap. we pay 15% after the work is done. Phase 2: -------- 1. Skinning 2. Work with any custom modules (No custom modules will be developed, rather available modules in the Joomla market place will be used) 3. Users/Role management, and backend administration module configuration we pay 35% after the work is done. Phase 3: -------- 1. testing and modification 2. duplicate the 2 sites on another hosting server to eliminate the server crush risks 3. search-engine optimization, higher page rank 3. Backup and make any necessary changes. we pay 50% after the work is done.
