Vector text in page flipping

I have a page flipping magazine, but when I convert the PDF to a raster image and then wrap it in a SWF, the text is not very good. when I convert PDF 2 SWF directly, it keeps the vector text and it will zoom in and keep great text, but it really slows down the users computer and the page flipping because of the large number of objects. I've been told that I could possibly overlay vector text (with exact coords, font and size) over the PDF background image (JPG) using PHP and Flash and have vector text and it would work great. I am in great need to get this done properly so if you can do this job, please post a message and bid. Please be exact on the timeframe.
