attached please find an image, this image will be on a home page of a website, the image of the portable tv will transfer from TV to a cell phone to an mp3 player to a laptop etc etc display all the different lines, total of 7 lines the light effects around it need to be animated so there is an intro and outtro with really cool light effects. Final product will be handed off the source file as well as a PNG export of the sequence. I will provide the layered PSD file to the winner. I PREFER THIS BE DONE IN AFTER EFFECTS, IF YOU KNOW YOU CAN DO SOMETHING IN FLASH AND MAKE IT LOOK REALLY GOOD THEN I AM OPEN AS WELL.
