For flash designer who knows no limit

I need the best of you to make flash banners,intros and full flash for my websites. Please show me the best of your work with flash banners and your price. i want someone not expensive that uses msn or skype or yahoo messenger during the day so that i can follow him and my clients too and you basically create the file and send it to me. In case we get along, meaning you are good, with good prices, fun to work with, then i will start to give you more stuff to do and we will start to use a project management platform in order to track the tasks. Regarding payment. I will request a trial of one or two tasks in order to see the fasteness and quality of the work. After that we will decide how many hours per month. The good thing about this offer is that i need stuff everyday. The fair thing is that i want to pay lower prices than you usually charge. But overall i thing i have a good proposal because i always have work and now and then there are a few projects where i can pay you more. In order to qualify i need you to send me via pm a few links with work you have done before. If you send a lot of links, please put the best work on top otherwise if i see first two or 3 not so good examples, i might decide to close the pm window before i get to the good ones. I will only reply to bids that clearly respond to my requests. Others will simply be ignored. You also need to write and speak good english. I mean, you dont have to be a english teacher, but i need to be able to understand you, and vice-versa.
