Need a simple old hi tech style like flash website from psd

I am looking for a simple 5 page flash website. I will be designing the layout and elements in photoshop. The freelancers responsibility will be to animate the elements and compose the website in flash with my psd. The flash does not have to be complex. I would just some moving lines around images and simple animations. I want to go for a green and black hi tech look.
