Music Player

I need a music player simular to Myspace. The listener can see the song, artist, playing time. Functions are stop rewind, play, pause, forward, and volumn control. Below the player I want it be the same as My space (Total plays, Download Today, Play Today) Underneith that it's just like [login to view URL] ([login to view URL]) except without the "Add" and "lyrics " button. No Album option neither. The database is SQL Server and the users will have the ability to save the name and artist in the datbase. The .mp3 song will be located as a file int a folder structure. The play option will only allow the player to play the .mp3 while the download link will be a direct link to the .mp3 file (if the user chooses the download option in the database). Also the player also needs to be able to count the total number of plays and for each song then save it back to the database. We also want the .fla with the completed.
