We are selling our evening dresses on amazon france now and from time to time it happens, that a customer is not happy with a order for example because she is not happy with the dress, does not like the quality or the item is broken and then the customer leaves bad feedback for us on amazon. In those cases it is very difficult for us to communicate by email and resolve the problem by email.
Making a phone call to the customer and talking to her in french language would be much easier. In those cases we offer the customer to replace the item, offer a part refund if the item can be repaired or we will pay the whole shipping and return shipping costs. But most important is, that we get the customer to remove the bad feedback from the amazon website again. She can do this either in her customer account or even easier if she just write us a message on amazon with a text like "the feedback can be removed".
My problem is, that we don't speack french so we need someone to help us with this. There would be maybe 2-6 of these calls per months depends how many bad feedbacks we receive. Please place your bid for one of these cases. Sometimes a case can be resolved within a few minutes like 2-5 minutes and sometimes it is necessary to give the customer a second call to remind him to remove the feedback please.
