You must be a very proficient programmer and have completed games/demos to show me that I can actually play(executables preferred). You must be able to communicate with me via Skype on a regular basis via voice and chat. I will supply graphics, story, and give all technical documents for characters and design. I will stay in the chat room for a short while if you want to chat with me. The game will probably take a few months to develop and will have the feel of a mixture of adventure(like castlevania style) and fast characters with bumping techno music. I believe what will be done is first I will supply the main character to you so that you can program him in so we can see how he would function then we would start by developing the first enemies and their functionality. By the end my goal is that I will be able to use the preexisting tools in game maker to design the levels and puzzles while you program them. I will have to request an NDA from you for copyright purposes.
Please note abstract thinking and some math and physics is going to be required!

b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.

(No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
Game Maker 7, Torque, Microsoft XNA -- game will be 2 dimensional and I would like you to create a system where I can actually design the levels using the graphics I have, so i will be the level designer and editor and you will do the main coding in of the graphics and physics
