Multiplayer game server & client

We're a small computer game developer company starting to work on a new multiplayer game involving complex physics online.

We are looking for a programmer with proven experience with developing multiplayer games using the Player Prediction technique for hiding latency.

Said programmer will be in charge of teaching our programmer on the following:

* Time synchronizing between client-server (while accounting for latency jitter)

* Client side prediction
