Games: Card games: blackjack, Keno, 5 card draw, 7 card stud ??" or other variations of poker Several slot machine games ??" 3 or 5 slots Any combination of 3 card games and 3 slot machines (distinct looks) would be acceptable Requirements: Linux server, PHP Backend processing, XML handshake between Games and DB. All Games should follow the real world rules, and odds for the selected games All processing of users funds including answering further question to increase their stake when they run low must be done in PHP. The Graphic environment should preferably be in flash. Alternately a high quality Ajax space, may be acceptable depending on the quality of the visuals. End User (Site owner’s Clients) Experience: Each user should be able to signup for the games. Each user is given automatic credit to begin the games. Results/winnings for all games can be saved. All the information regarding the user, and its winnings is passed on and saved into a mysql database. Each user is offered a coupon based on their winnings, which they can take and zero their account or keep on playing. AT that point they are offered the option of increasing their stake by answering further questions. Printable coupons should be auto-displayed within the graphic environment. The site owner should be able to login to the backend of the program and download the user info and their coupons (if any). Each Site owner must be able to upload their logo for the back of the cards, also should be able to pull the HTML for each game to place on their site. Site Owner Process: Our site will provide the site owner with a means to sign up and pay their monthly fee, and then they can pick up their selected games, and either have it placed for them (email goes out requesting ftp info …) or they can place the code themselves.
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):
a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.
b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
