Project Description

The e-book should give details about the origin of these foods and its best form, their nutritional value and how it helps with losing weight like oatmeal containing good soluble fibre which absorbs water keeping you fuller for longer and not driving your hunger pangs shortly after breakfast. Also important tips like don’t buy the flavoured oatmeal which includes all kinds of sugars HFCS (High Fructose Corn Syrup) for counterproductive reasons and stick to simple plain oatmeal. Also tips on how the food can be combined with other good foods in the list to make a complete meal following the low/medium carb high protein low fat strategy.

Meals which are common with the food above but are unhealthy versions like jacket potatoes but with butter and mayonnaise and lots of salad dressing which is when you begin to put on the pounds should be pointed out for the reader to stay away from and should be given healthy alternative combinations like red/white potatoes with Chicken/Turkey breast with fresh salad, or brown rice chicken/turkey breast etc.

The e-book should be written from the perspective that you are trying to help people lose weight and you’re trying to give them all the pros of these good foods.

A Golden rule that needs to be communicated is to eat how nature intended you to eat it, not the food corporations, so let’s forget the sauces and the processed foods and concentrate on foods that came out of the ground and is in its original form.

The e-book should include references where needed like if information has been taken from whitepapers etc. The PDF e-book should include a Cover page, Contents page at the beginning and must be delivered in its original MS Word format as well as PDF. Also there must be high quality relevant images of the food on each section where that food is the topic.
