I need someone to write and put together a manual/guide on leadership for my managers. I own a business franchise and really could use a great tool to give to my current managers/team leaders and also give to potential ones to make sure they are ready for a leadership role.
This project has to be of perfect quality and perfect english. Would prefer a freelancer from the states or Canada, but will consider candidates from other countries if your english is impecable.
I have notes and information that I would like included or considered when writing the manual/guide, they will help you when writing it. I also have a basic chapter outline as well, so it should be a fairly simple project. I'll forward them to the chosen freelancer. This project has to be completed by April 28th so please don't bid unless you think that's possible. here are the guidelines or length and format:

-roughly 40-60 pages (not set in stone)
