Currently living with his partner in County Fermanagh, Ian has over twenty years experience in social work, including working with high-risk offenders. He has written for political journals, mostly on the subjects of global warming and social issues. He has also had contributions published on-line in various political blogs. Currently Chair-person of the Fermanagh Creative Writing Group, Ian has been instrumental in helping it reach a prominent position in the cultural life of the County. Although somewhat incapacitated by his stroke, he is still able to travel, and is a keen photographer.
