I manage a couple of bands/acts/venues and use Google Calendar to manage all the booking information.
I would like to be able to capture all the relevant information for the booking, which would mean adding more fields to the existing ones currently in Calendar.
Customer: Contact Details
Venue: Contact Details
Times: Start & End
I would then like this information in a format I can email as a confirmation to my clients.
Also if the information could be moved to a spread sheet when needed.
I would also need all this to be available on my iPhone and iPad. PS I use Macs most of the time.
