Dear friends. I am a graphic designer, and need to finish a project very fast. the 3d project is in-out, so i'll do the exteriours that i'm working on, and you'll do the interiour rendering. (exterior draft rendering attached as [url removed, login to view])
1 - for the interiour I would prefer mental ray rendering in 3D max 10
2- i will provide you the modeling with windows and doors, all you have to to is mapping, wall colors, furniture and lighting. So will give you .max file (so, less job for you)
3 - DO NOT BID without portfolio, or samples of previous similar work
4 - the furniture will be provided also by me (so, less job for you)
5 - at the final i will need the .max file
6 - price should include rendering + max file + one single modification sesion. not more.
7 - i will choose the lowest bid (if the portfolio match my request). Limited buget for easy work.
8 - attached you have an ideea on the expected result (files: expected 1,2,3...)
9 - attached you have the house plan. Remember i will povide the furniture as .3ds and hard building with doors and windows as .max - you only place furniture, texture and render.
As a final result i should have:
2-3 livingroom renderings
1 dinningroom (corner) rendering
1 rendering with the bathroom
1 rendering with the bedroom

Guys, why do you ask so much for a interiour rendering with anything provided by me, i min the building, the furniture... you just have to rendere... takes 7-8h for a good designer... please send on PM only INTERIOUR RENDERING SAMPLES! so i can have an ideea, and remember the lowest bid wins.
as far the lowest bid is $50, so do not bid over $60. i will select my povider based to the lowest bid. remember, is a low budget project, and you just have to render... modelling is almost done
