Harnessing the power of Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, You Tube and Pinterest, it means working closely with the Operations Manager and the wider business to develop, define and deliver effective content strategies for each. It also means managing all social media activity that goes with it – making sure every message we send is on brand and targeted to the right audience. Spotting opportunities to drive innovation and enhance our digital reputation, you’ll take the customer experience further than ever before.
Candidates must demonstrate an understanding of Social Media principles and practice in a commercial context, as well as a personal interest. Good writing and conversational skills, the ability to analyse data from Social Media insight applications, research skills for content development and ideas generation are all desirable qualities.
