Design Revisision of a digital newspaper

We currently publish a digital newspaper that is delivered to our paying customers. At the moment we only have 1 at the time, but need to have a total of 12 done. We need build on our current design for this newspaper but create more white space and make it a bit more snazzy. We want to connect with the younger generation as well. Currently it is too crowded. Attached is our first edition and you will see that this is a pretty straight forward gig. We expect pictures to be placed throughout the newspaper (unlike the one attached). There will also be space for advertisers. Once we have a template and a design theme in place, it's just a matter of dropping text and images. Though we need to have 12 of these done, this current project is just for ONE. Once we get a good feel of the selected person, we will then hire on for the entire series. We have the native files to start with. Final product would have the following: • Active Links from table of contents to story • Advertisers link to their website • made available in both PDF and kindle reader - we can actually have this done We have a 15 day window to get the first one completed by.
