We have a Photoshop file that has to be converted into a Joomla template. (see JPG in attachment)
The big title image will be a slideshow.
The main menu (blue) will be a pull down menu with mouse over effect.
Additional components (like virtue mart, polls, etc.) should work well with the template and integrate nicely into the design.
It should work in IE and Firefox.
