I opened up a personal training studio, I am also a Chiropractor, so I mostly see patients, but I still try and do some Personal Training. I also have a Physical Therapy working for me part time in my office. There's a pic of our main sign on building with the logo i do not like. Origanally I started Evolution Health & Fitness LLC with a partner whose a personal trainer. I then learned that I couldn't be partners with a non health care professional, so I had to start a 2nd entity, Colacurcio Chiropractic PC, hence the sign with both business names. I since removed myself from Evolution Health & Fitness LLC, so the legal name for my business is Colacurcio Chiropractic PC, but I want to start using a doing business as name...I started using Colacurcio Chiropractic & Physical Therapy, but I am not happy with it. Colacurcio is my last name which is long and hard to pronounce....So I'm searching for a business name with Logo, and perhaps a tag line....something that conveys the fact that we do Chiropractic, Physical Therapy, and maybe Personal Training...
I've attached a picture of head shot of myself, and pic of front of building, we have the entire small building 1400 sq ft. I'm a unique chiropractor in the respect that I spend 45 min. with patients doing a lot of exercises and stretches that really help patients get reconditioned physically and overcome there pain...
