I would like to start with the following; before placing a bid and sending a message, make sure you include 'this is a personal bid' in your line.

1. I would like to see your BEST logo made (so only 1 logo)
2. I would like you to describe a little about the elements you would like to use
3. I would like to know the time you consider necessary to finish the design

My company produced a new piece of software, a so called browser-helper-object, which allows end-users to customize there advertisement preferences. The end-user can specify which type of advertisements he would like to see, other advertisements and popups are being blocked/replaced.
The user can adjust his preferences real-time and can also exclude certain websites to be outed from the blocklist.
The logo will be used on the website (we would like to invite the winner to make the website (as separated project) as well) and in the software, therefor we would like to receive it as PSD file. One of the words in the product name is 'Guardian', it's the feeling we would like to give to our end-users.
