Magazine Advertisment Design Required

We are looking at bringing our current magazine 1/4 page advertisements up to date, our current advertisements were rushed and of very pool quality, we advertise in various glossy magazines and we do not feel our current advertisements are of a good enough standard to produce the first impressions we are looking for. For this reason we are looking at a designer to come up with something special for our future advertisements, I have attached our current advert and some samples taken from the same magazines we advertise in, we want to get our advert of similar or better quality to those adverts, ie: the reader will see them and instantly recognise us for who we are and what we are selling, for this reason it is important you note the key areas on our advert and use these in the new advert. Add some colour, use one or more photos or images and of course use our logo but above all make it impressive! The advert should have the following specification: Ad Dimensions (in mm, width x height): 88 x 126 type area. Ad copy should be in high res .PDF format, set at 300 dpi, CMYK colours throughout (no RGB). In addition we will also require a high quality .jpg and .png of the advert for our own use with a minimum of 2000 pixels width. Some things to note: 1. I am not looking for someone who thinks they will just have a go at this, I require someone who can produce the results I am looking for and has done it before. 2. Any photos or artwork you use in the advert should be royalty free. 3. I will NOT place ANY money in Escrow prior to you starting the project, you will be paid 100% upon completion of the satisfactory project, if you are not happy with this then do not bid, check my feedback, I am honest and you WILL get paid. 4. Show me samples of your advert creations. 5. DO not just bid saying let's start because you will not get the work. 6. You must be able to speak fluent English, if you cannot, do not bid. I have many design projects coming up with lots of different adverts required, I have worked with many of the people who have bid on my projects over and over again, if you're good I guarantee you will get more work.
