Finish Website - Convert to Magento with shopping cart

I need a Magento expert or Drupal expert to finish my website. It was started in Drupal, and just needs a few modifications to layout (see attached) and finishing up. However, the shopping cart of drupal 7 does not integrate with [login to view URL] API - except maybe drupal 6. So I need you to convert what I have to Magento (free commerce) because it is supported for freightquote.com. Or finish making it work in Drupal. See the attached API from Freightquote. The website I am improving is found at [login to view URL] The original website is [login to view URL] and I have about 30 products. I need each of the product categories to have different banner pictures like [login to view URL] -click on "shop womens" and you see different pictures. My products are long so they only can ship through Freightquote.com. Personally I think switching to Magento might be easiest.
