I want to build a website largely similar to [url removed, login to view], which can handle large user database and search traffic.

The requirements are:
- Easy and powerful search system, search and filter system by listbox and open keywords, with most updated listings on top.
- Public can comment and feedback on listings, and to sort by reputation. Public can send enquiry to member account.
- Membership database management for membership subscription according to rights (no of listings and reposting allowed, featured and priority listings).
- Membership account access for members to update their account details, personal settings (eg emails notifications, fowarding of public enquires to own email ), upgrade their account (eg more listings), put new listings, do reposting.
- Member analytics service to track no of search view, profile view, clicks and enquiries sent. Send monthly reports to members.
- Payment set up for membership fee collection
- Backend earnings management system showing profit per month. Includes service to prompt members to renew account or promotions for upgrade.
- Backend email account management system
- Long term technical support team for public and members once website goes live,
- Long term website maintenance (improve website via feedback from public/members, renew hosting, functional upgrades etc)
