This is for a client I have. The web-based system (so it is usable in tablets) is to be used initially to input possible cadidates and to filter out the best candidate for a specific job. Users will be employees of recruiting firm so secure logins (admin can create users). It will be for a Human Resource/Job allocation company. Basic profile similar to Linkedin job, education, skills, etc. Create custom reports (for example average salary calculation of certain jobs) Although since it is for internal usage, there will be some other fields to include that will be based on what the interviewer will be asking and grading the candidate:

- Why changing jobs,

- salary from previous jobs (this will also used for report where for example they want to know average salary of a CFO or CEO and compare by country)

- years of experience

- ID types** and ID Number

- linkedin link

- Personal info (name and date of birth - age search will be use - for example, I want all Accountants under 35 years old)

- Industry (Private Equity, Hedge Fund, Bank, Manufacturing, Real Estate, Insurance) **

- Education (School Names, MBA, M.S., PhD, Bachelors, Majors, graduation year, etc) **

- Work experience (Job title, company, etc)

- Licenses (CPA, CMA, CRC, CFA, CFP) **

- Language and level of fluency **

- Foreign country work experience and number of years each country **

- Keyword search (ability to search for keywords in the CV Document - word, pdf - import system if make easier like doxument - phase 2 might migrate to import info from Linkedin - meaning more projects for us)

- key factors grading given by interviewer (Articulation, Adaptability, Capability and Appearance from 1 3 being 3 the largest) **

- calculate # of job moves (automatic calculation show in profile view)

- calculate # of months per job (automatic calculation show in profile view)

- GPAs/Grade (different types with different grading system)**

- Job Titles by function (Accounting, Big 4, Tax, etc. - I can explain)**

- Skills by Job (Accounting - have they done an IPO, etc.)**

- Technology Skills (Oracle, SAP, etc)**

- Photos (each candidate should have a photo in the database).

**represents fields that we will standarize the content so they will select value(s) and we can add more values throughout time (more schools, job titles, etc - just like we can do in drupal taxonomy or select list)

So variety of search (filter) is key because they want to basically filter specific candidates (example at the end). All these fields and more should be able to use as filter to search like exposed filters and/or search keyword input. (for example: need accountant with SAP, 3 year exp, with GPA 3.5 or above, graduated from X College, under 30 years old)

This is phase 1 of the project. If things workout there will be a phase 2 and more complex programming needed. Looking towards own system that is a mix of linkedin, conrnerstone ondemand, and some custom ideas in fields/filtering applicants. Go on project is depended on final approval of cost by client. I will be working with you constantly to make sure we go right direction and will be helping on getting.
