Looking for upgradeable online system, using HTML5, that includes the following basic functions in the initial build version:
INPUT:
Adding employees:
Name of photographer
Email of photographer
Phone number of photographer
Assign pay rate (40%, 50%, manual entry etc.)
Schedule shoots:
We need a monthly (default), weekly and daily view where we can set up shoots with the following information fields by clicking on a day in the calendar:
-Time of shoot
Ex: 3:30pm
-Address of shoot
-Size of shoot (in sq. ft.)
A spot where we can enter in the sq footage of a home
-Shoot Type
A drop-down menu for the 4-5 different shoot types we have (managed by the admin). There would also be an option to do a manual shoot type/price for the rare occasion that we book something outside the norm.
-Payment for shoot
This would be automatically generated as a function of the Shoot Type and photographer’s assigned pay rate. For instance, if we had a shoot type: “Less than 2500,” which is assigned $89, and the photographer had a 50% pay rate, $49.50 would automatically be added to this field. The option to manually enter would also be available.
-CBS/Combo code
Empty field where we can put up to 7 digits
-Realtor/Homeowner present
Check box-type option (check mark if going to be present, leave blank if not)
-Agent Name
Name field for first and last name of agent

OUTPUT:
Reports:
We would like to be able to run reports weekly, monthly and annually of the following data:
Number of shoots
weekly, monthly, yearly or by photographer (or both)
Number of different types of shoots (under 2500 sq ft, over 2500 sq ft, etc)
Total payment to photographer
weekly, monthly, yearly or by photographer (or both)
We would like an automated email to get sent to chosen photographer’s email address upon shoot creation. This email would be a template that we can edit.
Finally, we would need a calendar URL for each photographer created. They would be able to add this to their Google Calendar or iCal.
NAVIGATION (LEFT SIDE):
“Calendar"
Clicking on this would bring up the calendar view. The calendar view will also be the main default “home” page
“Quick Schedule”
Clicking on this would bring up the schedule shoots function. The only difference would be that, since we are not clicking on a day in the calendar, we would have to select a date as well as time.
"Manage Photographers”
Here we can add new, delete or manage existing photographers
“Manage Shoot Types”
Here we can manage shoot types. Ideally we would just have a list of names and a price for each shoot type
“Manage Email Template”
Here we can manage the automated email sent out to photographers once they are booked for shoots
“Reporting”
Here we can run the reports
“Logout"
We will require a demo to view a similar system (does not have to be calendar-based, but must be similar in nature) prior to selecting you as a freelancer.
