SAT Test Scoring and Report Website

We would like to create a website that manages users (students) and their tests, scoring and reporting. Please view attachments. These attachments are from a competitor. These are not actual designs. I am simply describing the functionality. The design will change, the functionality will not. It may be helpful to review the SAT test ([login to view URL]) Referencing [login to view URL] This is the homepage. It is reached after an administrator logs in. The administrator is able to manage students on the left. On the right will be two main functions: 1. viewing past test scores/reports and 2. entering new test scores. There is no test (questions) that needs to be created. The students will NOT be taking the test online. The students will be writing their answers on paper. The administrator will take the student's answers and manually input their answers into the website to check it. So we only the ability to enter test scores and compare them against a master key/answer. And from grading the test we need to create a report that displays on the screen and can be printed in PDF. This page allows the administrator to enter the Student's answers into the system from this page. Referencing [login to view URL] (clicking on "details" from previous page) This page allows the administrator to select an Answer Key. The scores entered in the above page is graded/compared against 1 of possibly 10 test answer keys. These answer keys are only the answers, there are no questions. We will need the ability to create or edit the answer keys. In other words the answer key would be 1 = A, 2=B, 3=C, 4=A, etc. Referencing [login to view URL] (clicking on "submit test" from [login to view URL]) Once the answers are entered into the system and a master answer key is selected, we want to compare the student's answer with the master key and generate a report. please view [login to view URL] this is how the report will look on the screen and in the file. The PDF file can just be images put together, it does not need to be selectable text, etc (but it would be nice). Any questions or comments, please ask. I'm looking for someone or some group/company that can show me that they can complete this project competently. Please show examples of projects that you feel would demonstrate that you or your company is able to develop this project to specifications, scope and satisfaction.
