5. Ability to manage CMS website pages, add, edit and delete pages.
6. Manage information posted by members.

Also the unsaid works hidden in it which we need to do along with the approved scope. Being from a company which is a partner of Microsoft Corporations I can not make fake or robot bidding.

We have an social network system that works just like your project but will still require changes for all the small parts that are different to it for yours as you described. We have not released this tech publicly yet (charging) but I can show you it.
There is some parts of this project that we know are very, very difficult to do which might not seem to be at first. There is near to no scripts out there that can produce anything close to what your looking as we already looked into it and attempts to build one from the start will end up being an hacked job, low on security and not all features will make it in unless its an 6-8 months job. I am telling you this from experience and from an team that is highly skilled in this industry.
