Someone to convert Flash page to HTML 5 page

Several years ago I developed a couple of pages in MM Flash (now Adobe) and they work wonderfully but now as the world has turned more and more away from Flash programming and more towards HTML 5 I need someone who can duplicate this page. A copy of the page is at this web address:

This will let you see how it works. This is for a prep course that I have helping students prepare for the ACT test. Note, the videos are all in FLV format and someone will need to do a high quality conversion into a non-FLV format. It was so long ago that I think it might be hard to find the original MOV files because I made them on the professional version of Final Cut from Apple before they trimmed it back to FCP-X. It was that long ago. The primary objective is to see the videos play and the page work on my ipad and ipad mini without any problems. There are 215 videos (English - 75, Math - 60, Reading - 40 and Science - 40. I also have 2 more pages like this for other ACT tests and I need to do the same for 2 additional tests but I want to wait and see how this works out.
Just to make sure - you first click the red button beside the subject titles - English, Math, etc. and that sets the pointers for all the videos. After that all the buttons play the appropriate video. Everyone who has used this page has loved but I am open to small changes if you have ideas to make the design more user friendly.
