Transfer logged hours to another website, validate & more.

Information about the project: I currently have a server that saves information to a database and display various "game-related" information such as: time spent on server total amount of hits total amount of deaths & kills etc, you get the point. Goal of project: The goal is to effectively tie together these 3 areas. - Amount of time spent on server - Calculate how much virtual currency these hours are worth. We decide this together. Ex: 12 hours = $ 1.2 - Automatically transfer the virtual currency to the users account on website once 12 hours are logged. To make this work we need to: - Keep track of the user’s logged hours and reward him or her every time they reach 12 hours in the log. The database already does this. - We need to force the user to log in to their website account to initiate the transfer and make it successful. If no account exists, we simply ask them to create one. In other words, there has to be some form of contact and validation between the original site and the stats website. Important information: Basically, I'm looking for someone who can code a solution where you take X amount of hours from a database, multiply those hours with a number and naming it by another name.
