Project Description

Project Description:

We are looking for an Adobe InDesign expert to create a commercial real estate marketing brochure (pdf file) for a portfolio of 10 similar hotels. Experience with projects in commercial real estate, investment banking or other high-level corporate graphic production is desirable.
We will provide the text (Word files), tables and graphs (Excel and/or pdf files), photographs (hi-res jpg) and general layout guidelines as per work samples we can provide as an example.

The offering memorandum/brochure will be approximately 35 to 40 pages and include a title page, a table of contents, a short executive summary and then 3 - 4 pages for each hotel. Each of the 10 hotel property summaries will follow the same format: 5 pictures, some text, and several graphs (see example 3-page property summary and Excel source file). The end user of the marketing brochure should be able to click on a property in the table of contents (TOC) and link to that page in the document. Each page will have a "Return to TOC" icon in the footer to link the end user back to the table of contents.

We would like to have the project completed in approximately 10 days after supplying the files (target date is mid-January). We will maintain 100% ownership/copyright of the finished product. You will need to provide daily status updates via email so we can review the progress of the work. Prompt payment via Paypal upon completion of work. Other projects may follow for a job well done.

If you’re interested, please send a proposal with a cost estimate and samples of your work.
