Design flyer to promote website

We need someone to make a flyer to promote a low-budget website ([url removed, login to view]).
Our client already made a mock-up of what the flyer should look like (see attachments),
so basically you just have to recreate this flyer and make some small improvements.
The attached files are low-quality & have comments written on them in Dutch, we will translate & provide high quality mock-up later.
It's important that you have a "good eye" so you can design tasteful graphics *independently*, without much guidance & feedback. It's very cumbersome if we have to explain every little detail ("add a line there", "adjust that margin there",...), so we want you do deliver great designs by default.
In the future, you might also have to cooperate with our other freelance team members.

HOW WE WORK:

- we use trac for communication & ticket management
- Communication over email is possible all the time, but chatting is only possible in the evenings (from 18h until 22h, GMT+1).
So being available during that period is a big plus !
- It is important that your services will be available, even when this project is done. This is because, after a while, we might need some changes/bugfixes that require additional work.
- For communication, we use e-mail, skype and phone.
- A work-for-hire agreement must be signed (for the copyrights).
- If you are a legal business, we need an invoice so we can bring your cost into our accountancy.
If you don't have your own business, we will need your full contact information so we can fill in a special form for our accountant.
We will also send this form to you, and you are then supposed to attach it to your personal taxform.
