We are adding Live Chat as a support interaction to an existing customer interaction solution. We have basic mockups that include the elements of the user interface, but are seeking a designer to prepare the final designs, deliver the graphic in a PSD file, and provide the CSS necessary for the user interface. There are two user interfaces that are part of the project.
1. Customer Chat Interface
This is the interface used by the customer to chat with a customer service agent. The interface is very simple, and you've likely used one like it if you've ever requested support on a website. You can see an example of what this interface might look like on our website at [url removed, login to view] The requirement for this is to prepare a PSD mockup and provide the HTML and CSS necessary to render it via an HTML page.
2. Agent Chat Interface
The agent chat interface has many of the same elements as the customer interface (dialogue display, text box to enter message, send button, etc.) but also includes features specific to the agent. For instance, the agent will have an end and forward button plus additional details about the chat. Also, the agent will potentially have up to 10 concurrent chats in progress. They will switch between active chats by clicking a tab displayed to the left of the active chat window (see mockup on attached file). The requirement for this is to prepare a PSD mockup and provide the HTML and CSS necessary to render the agent chat content via an HTML page.
