Graphic design for a Wordpress template for a Human Resources company website

Hello all, I need a graphic designed theme for Wordpress for a Human Resources foundation. At the moment, the website can be accessed at [login to view URL] The requirements are as follows: - Clean, minimal, pleasant interface - Any color pallete goes, because the logo can be updated in the future. - Impact graphic element needed for the link "Oportunitati Profesionale" (romanian for "Proffessional Opportunities") - A nice graphic slider (Flash or other technology) with three slides containing the three texts on the first page (for presentation purposes, this text can be a placeholder: "Lorem ipsum..." etc.), with nice image backgrounds, blending with the overall style. - Each page has to have some kind of unique graphic element, to make it individual, but to blend with the overall site. - The theme must allow for DHTML's like the existing ones on site ("Read more..." links, expanding sections, menus, contact forms etc.) Further details will be provided upon project awarding.
