Illustrations for Math workbooks

We want an illustrator who is experienced with children's book in providing quality illustrations. These books are for various ages but the initial set is geared for ages 4- 6.
We want original illustrations only. No work that has been previously published or illustrations that have previously been used or clip-art. Quality work and creativity.
Illustrator would be required to design the front and back cover of the book as well. The inside pages of the book will have about 5 small illustrations on each page. It is about a 40 page book.
Illustrator will be requested to sign non-disclosure form as all discussions/emails regarding the book are confidential. You will not be entitled to any copyright rights, royalties, claim or privileges to the book. You will release total and complete rights to the book, images and illustrations.
Pls apply with at least 3-5 samples of your original illustrations that are children book related.
