Design a simple mobile app

Need to design a simple app. The following graphical elements need to be designed: - logo (we know what we want, and also chose a color scheme) - app background (same as above) - top navigation bar (like gmail/facebook) with icons such as settings, history, help (some items need a sub-navigation, like help->faq, help->troubleshooting... also similar to gmail/facebook) - checkbox or on/off controls - radio buttons - scrollbars - color scale like in [login to view URL] The following screens need to be designed: 1- Introduction screen - some screenshots and "get started" buttons 2- Main functionality screen - will look like a visual poll with previous and next 3- Settings screen - scrollable list of items with on/off controls or radio buttons 4- History screen - tiles with score, each tile containing two images 5- Interactions showing all people i've interacted with (see example) 6- Profile details - big image with details on the side (see example) the screens have a common theme, all pretty similar in style. Please see the attached example containing screens 5&6. More screen specifications will be sent to selected freelancers. General feeling should be clean, modern and fun :) Creative, young, professional designers who can promise awesome results and respect for details are welcome to bid, please show portfolio! Expected File format is PSD. We can pay a little more if designer can break the design down to HTML/HTML5.
