Design a website Mockup for Print Company

I am looking for someone who is experienced in user interface and design for a new startup project. The project will be a site that is super easy to navigate. I am looking for someone who not only can design and use photoshop but can provide insight and recommendations on function. I would like to have wireframes done on the website prior to design. The site will be similar to sticker mule and cotton bureau and will allow people to order custom stickers , tshirts, magnets and also have the ability to vote on submitted and uploaded designs. If you look at those two site for reference, that is the look I am going for. Knowledge of Twitter Bootstrap is a plus. We are a tshirt and sticker printing company looking to have a different website to attract more customers through a new business model. The backend will be constructed in Ruby on Rails. Please only bid if your portfolio shows the type of work i am looking for. Would prefer to work with an individual rather than a firm.
