Design page for Wordpress

We need a experienced and talented designer that can create a fresh and professional looking design. We dont want flashy and rainbow colors, we generally like a clean and professional design with calm colors that are pleasing on the eyes. Pages that are needed: 1: Login page 2: Small main page Name of the page is "ActiveTechnique Conferance" Logo can be used from our page [login to view URL] but the name Conferance would need to be Incorporated in a good way. A very rought mockup is allready done. please see attachment This is a idea, you are allowed to come with better ideas if you feel that the design layout can be done in a better way Designer/bidder must present 3 previouse designs that he has done previously in the initial message to we can look at his style and quality of work. Dont send use a long list of websites, we only want to see your 3 best work Work must be delivered in a format(png or better) that can be sliced up by our developer and code it to a functioning site. Payment terms: 1: All milestones will be created 2: Once design is ready and we are happy with it, we will release 50% payment. 3: Once we receive files, we will release remaining amount.
