We are a sporting goods accessory company, have been around for 22 years and are looking to better connect with both our dealers and the ultimate end-users (basketball, volleyball teams and anyone else who plays on smooth, indoor floors).

We seek a designer skilled in the art and concepts of social networking for the purposes of marketing.

Ideally, we want to establish a social marketing strategy that would naturally evolve into a continuous marketing machine that would utilize best practices as it applies to using a newly designed website->blog->facebook and possibly twitter.

The system should incorporate a consistent look/theme among all three elements (site, blog, facebook). We would like the blog to be a professional looking wordpress theme which could be shared by the site as well to save on design time and resources.

Our current site is an ecommerce site and exports all sales information as a file which we then import into out accounting and shipping system. Ideally, we would like to work with either a team or an individual who is competent at php programming to ease the transition from the existing site to the new one.

Again, we seek someone who is already familiar with social marketing, how and why it works so that we can then proceed with a clear and concise plan. To be considered for this project please provide:

• examples of 3 separate but similar social networking campaigns you have structured

• 3 website design samples

• examples of business intelligence reports you have generated including word audits and results

• examples of your 3 articles and blog posts and comments

• include the use of analytics to enable the tracking of the results

• facebook and twitter postings

We believe that our product and the markets we serve should make for a fun project that you can refer to in the future as a case study and as a referral source.
