Bring to life an application currently in development

Hi all, I'm looking for a talented and experienced iOS designer to create the app layout/design and "bring to life" an application that is currently in development. This includes: - designing an app logo/splash screen - designing app icon for use in devices and App Store - App screen designs - icon designs or use an icon set that I have in mind - PNG slices and PSD file for the developer - cater for iPhone3, iPhone4/4s(Retina) and iPhone5 - provide all required icon sets and elements for submission to apple. I will expect your guidance and to know what we will need to provide to the developer for integration into the app. Please submit a portfolio of your best work for consideration.
