RPG game sprites needed

I have a game series released on Android and iOS - Saga RPG: First Blade & Saga RPG II: Evolution. These games were built with "retro" graphics. I would like to release a version of Saga RPG: First Blade on Android that catches the eye of today's audience with more appealing graphics. In total, the current game uses 31 in-game tiles (4 of which are player character tiles - north, south, east & west facing). These tiles are 32x32 pixels. It also has launcher icons, intro screen icon, feature and promo images. What I would like: * Create new app launcher icons (48x48, 72x72, 96x96, 144x144). Same sword based icon, just much nicer! * Create new App store icon (512x512). Same sword based icon, just much nicer! * Create new welcome screen icon (100x100, 200x200). Can be same sword based icon or I would be very open to ideas. * Update the 31 in-game tiles to be awesome! All icon themes remain, but graphics should look a lot smoother/nicer. A couple of specific examples, the warrior should resemble a warrior and the town peasants should look like peasants. I did the best with the sprites I had available on the first pass :-) * Provide additional warrior tiles so I can show "animation" when moving (i.e. 3-4 sprites for each direction showing legs and arms moving) * Create new "screenshot" images like many games are now doing (i.e. with borders and cool concept art that is not actually in the game, with screenshots embedded in the image). See note below about "similar" games if you are not familiar with this. * Create a new Promo image (180x120). Can be same sword based image or would be open to suggestions. * Create a new Feature image (1024x500). Can be same sword based image or would be open to suggestions. I will provide the full sprite sheet and all existing images to the winning bidder or earlier based on request. I'm clearly not an artist, and am looking for someone who is. I have other efforts in the pipeline I would also like to consider going forward with, so this may turn into additional work.
