Alter some Images

I have designed a double sided DL flyer for a School Market Day but I want to make sure that the images print out clearly and have the required bleed area. I have all the original images and have saved the flyer (front and back) in Corel Paintshop Photo Pro X3 *.pspimage format with all the layers but I am definitely an amateur and don't really know what I am doing. I just want the files checked as we are going to be printing out 10,000 and want to make sure that they are going to be reasonably good quality once printed by the print company.
