Build a Deals and Offer Website

I would like to create a website where visitors can post promotions of some Brazilian online stores. 1. The objective is to add an affiliate code (this may vary depending on the store) the end of the link that the reader post. 2- If the link posted by the reader is already with some tag or affiliate code, it must be removed and replaced by previously registered code as in item 1. 3- All posts made by visitors, must be approved before going to the websitesite. 4- In each post, you should see the title of the product, the product image, price, comments, link to view the post, link to segiur the link posted, and soon the store to which the post was made. By clicking on the logo of the store, the page should filter for all posts assigned that store. 5- For each new posting, the visitor shall inform which category the product belongs. 6- should have a panel where I can register, products category, the shops and the corresponding affiliate tag to that store. For example: For [login to view URL] affiliate tag is ?Franq=AFL-03-154832&opn=COMPARADORESSUB So for the product [login to view URL] should be [login to view URL] The website may be the same or very similar to the [login to view URL], including functionality.
