Build a Website exactly like afdah.org!

Hello everyone! I'm looking for someone that can build me a website exactly like afdah.org. View the website given and you should understand what Im asking for. I want my website to look exactly the same and have all the same functions. I don't care if you copy and paste code; just make sure its done right. The only function that will be of some work is creating some easy way for me to add new movies to the site. Keep in mind that this site has nothing todo with uploading files or movies just indexing them; thats why its legal. I'm looking for someone that can do this for cheap but will also give me the best quality work and not just some half ass job. If your confused at all... then don't bid on this project.
