Bungee cord and spigot plugins for my minecraft server that allow users with versions 1.7.2 - 1.8.3 and that's can be updated easly

Serveral plugins needed 1 is BungeeCord Plugin for minecraft servers that can link servers with each other that will allow players with 1.7.2 minecraft version to join all the way up too the newest minecraft version which is 1.8.3 and that is easly updatable. I also would like spigot Plugin which works along with the BungeeCord plugin by allowing players to go to the specified server and that will allow as said above players with 1.7.2-1.8.3 to join and that's easly updatable. Also I want the plugins compatible with any other regular minecraft plugin off of Bukkit or Curse.
