Project Description

Letter Works Game -

I am looking for an experienced game designer and artist to create the following educational game for kids. The game involves developing a coloring book script as well as the creation of about 80 small black and white images that can be "colored" in.

Here, students can make their own printable, customized letter chart. A letter chart is sort of like a poster that features each letter of the alphabet (upper and lower case) followed by an object that starts with that letter. Here, the alphabet chart will be black and white outlines, where users can pick and color different objects for each letter. They'll also be able to color the background of each letter cell as well as the object. For each letter, there will be three or four small outline pictures that can be colored. The user can select one, color it, and then go on to the next letter. Different users will come up with totally different charts. For example, the first section of the chart that will appear would be Aa. Users could scroll through possible images such as apple, armadillo, anchor, ant etc. Word names would be narrated (I'll supply the word list and narrations). Then, users could select and color the object -- which should have at least two colorable sections and then could select the color of the background behind the object and could select the colors of the letters. Students could do this with each of the letters and when completed could print out a beautiful colorful letter chart. Attached is an image of a typical letter chart.

Game should be built in html5 with dimensions of 800 x 600
