Easy background removal - KEC 2015

I need you to remove the background from each player picture of this team [login to view URL] Then you need to click on EACH player and pick their individual picture. Click on the name of each player to get the picture and remove the background so only the player is left. Since there is a lot of the upper body showing, cut the player off so that the upper body is less. Nothing fancy, just a simple job to remove the background. Canvas the size to a square picture (Do not resize, canvas the size to the bigger one of both so it is square) Save the file as PNG with the persons First and Last name. Then cut the players face as I do not need the whole body! Then make it a smart object and resize it to 112x112 and save it again as PNG with the persons First and Last name. Then canvas the size to 128x128 and save it again as PNG with the persons First and Last name. This way there is an eight pixel blank border (of course not visible). This should not take longer than 1 hour so please do not bid crazy prices. If your hourly rate is 10 Dollars, bid 10 Dollars!!! If you never worked for me, send one finished picture so I can see that you understand what I need and that I can see that you can do what you say you can.
